The client started the construction of the house on his own. Then turned to our studio for help to finalize both the architecture and planning solutions. The house is located in a recreational area that borders the beach area. A lot of attention had to be paid to the architecture, because of the large size of the house (1,100 square meters). The house, despite its classic forms, is made with minimalist facades and has modern interiors.

The main feature of the project is a 20-meter indoor pool, which can be used all year long. The windows of the pool overlook a large garden and grass area that has been set aside for relaxation. The house consists of a private, guest and a large sports block.
