Urban project of the Arcadia business center. Its exterior succinctly fits into the urban landscape of Odessa, and the interior meets all the requirements for a functional workspace.

The project provides a comfortable layout of all internal premises – conference rooms, offices, presentation and meeting rooms, spacious underground parking.
A feeling of open space is created due to the well-thought-out open green area inside. We have also provided a rooftop terrace that could be used for events, presentations and leisure time for employees.

We had to plant the building spot over the entire area of the construction site, because of the small plot. The concept was to make an open green area inside the building. The roof was made usable, it is used for events related to various presentations and shows, on normal days it is used for recreation by employees of the business center.
