In this part of the city there are buildings with shopping and entertainment, there are no business centers. The client company approached us to develop a building in which one floor would be allocated for the offices of the client’s company and the rest for office space for rent. The number of floors was determined by the surrounding buildings.

The urban planning conditions allowed to carry out not only the construction of the building, but also a green recreational area on the site, which diversified the project and gave a priority feature for the tenant firms.
